I had a great stay at this hotel, with the best aspects being its central location in the city, cleanliness, helpful and friendly staff, and great facilities.

The hotel has a great location in the city, close to key business points and tourist attractions. the staff is friendly and helpful, always ready to assist wherever needed. the room size is also quite spacious and has comfortable beds that offer a good night's sleep.
The room I was given did not have any windows which made it a very unpleasant experience. the lack of natural light and proper ventilation made it feel stuffy and claustrophobic.

This hotel was in a great location, making it easy for us to get around and see all the sights we wanted to visit. The staff were also extremely friendly and helpful, making our check-in process quick and easy. We especially enjoyed the comfortable bed and the fact that the room was spotlessly clean. The best part was the delicious breakfast that was included in our stay – we loved trying all the different local dishes and it gave us a great start to each day.
We did notice that the soundproofing was not very effective, and so we could hear noises from outside and in the hallway that disturbed our sleep. although the room had a fridge, it didn't seem to be working very well, and we had trouble keeping our drinks and snacks chilled.

The location was central and convenient. The room was comfortable with an excellent shower. The staff were friendly and English-speaking. The property was clean and close to major points of interest.

the location was very convenient. the comfortable beds and excellent shower in the room made our stay even more comfortable. the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Despite some noise in the corridors, the room was mostly quiet and clean. We would have loved to see a better quality breakfast.
The fridges in the rooms were not very efficient.
